Do I need my own WhatsApp Business Account?

Yes. Watinza connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account on the Meta Cloud API. We never share numbers — your business identity stays yours.

How is this different from regular WhatsApp?

We only use the official Meta Cloud API, not the consumer app. That means approved templates, opt-in tracking, full audit logs, and no risk of bans for mass-messaging.

Can I send marketing messages?

You can send approved marketing templates to customers who explicitly opted in. We auto-detect STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE keywords and disable further sends to opt-outs.

Is there a free trial?

Can I use my own domain?

On Scale, you can white-label the dashboard at your own domain, with your logo and brand colors.

Where is my data stored?

On Cloudflare Pages + D1 (SQLite at the edge). Passwords are PBKDF2-hashed, sessions are HttpOnly cookies, Meta tokens are stored encrypted.
